
Our managed services process and deliverables include:
- managed services vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation
- on-site support, monitoring, reporting and coordination of services vendor(s)
- coordinate change control, problem management, configuration management, capacity planning, fiscal year budgeting, etc. and other systems management functions
- act as primary point of contact between client and managed service provider(s)
- monitor performance of managed service vis-à-vis the SLA parameters and report performance metrics and variances to governance and managed service vendor(s)
- design / redesign various performance, SLA, variance, availability, budgeting etc. reports for managed services
- assist in integration and/or development of performance dashboards
- assist in integration of performance monitors and dashboards into the help desk and systems management processes and systems
