We take a phased approach for our engagements.
In Phase 1, we focus on defining a business-case driven cloud strategy and road map . These are fixed-time, fixed-price engagements. Phase 1 will identify a series of prioritized implementation projects that meet business objectives with efficient cloud solutions.
Phase 2 includes a fixed-time, fixed-price component for estimating the scope and effort for implementation projects which then leads to the actual implementation of the cloud solutions in Phase2 and Phase 3.
