EMPOWERMENT
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND MENTORING
- Provide on the job training to enable IT staff to learn and support the cloud-based systems, technologies, vendor evaluation & selection processes, etc.
- Form joint cloudTP and client teams and assign mentors and mentees with specific learning objectives and success criteria
- Establish periodic check points to review performance and learning vis-à-vis objectives and criteria
FORMALIZED TRAINING SERVICES
- Provide on the job training to enable IT staff to learn and support the cloud-based systems, technologies, vendor evaluation & selection processes, etc.
- Identify team members required to attend formalized training sessions with learning objectives, evaluation criteria and desired outcomes
- Create formal training materials, performance review evaluation criteria and grading system
- Schedule periodic training workshops, performance reviews and check points with trainees
- Schedule periodic training check points with client leadership team to discuss trainee progress and proactively course-correct as appropriate
MANAGED SERVICES
- Managed services vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation
- On-site support, monitoring, reporting and coordination of services vendor(s)
- Coordinate change control, problem management, configuration management, capacity planning, fiscal year budgeting, etc. and other systems management functions
- Act as primary point of contact between client and managed service provider(s)
- Monitor performance of managed service vis-à-vis the SLA parameters and report performance metrics and variances to governance and managed service vendor(s)
- Design / redesign various performance, SLA, variance, availability, budgeting etc. reports for managed services
- Assist in integration and/or development of performance dashboards
- Assist in integration of performance monitors and dashboards into the help desk and systems management processes and systems
