• Review business & IT transformation vision and disruptive impact of cloud computing
• Review cloud business, technical, and organizational best practices with leadership team
• Generate scorecard of current state compared with best practices
• Design internal and 3rd party-liaison organizational structure aligned with new operating model with associated roles, responsibilities, accountabilities, performance metrics, etc.
• Design internal and 3rd party processes, policies and metrics aligned with new operating model with all associated documentation including SLAs, SOPs, etc.
• Design, plan and manage execution of transformation program, integration with PMO / governance structure and knowledge transfer
